What this list is
Every firm above is a member of the Odisha Developers’ Federation and appears on its public register with a registration number. Between them, 7 projects are recorded against these firms — each one linked to its entry on the register of the Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority, so a claim can be tested rather than taken on faith. The oldest of them has been building since 2012.
The Federation does not market projects and takes no part in any sale. It publishes who its members are and what the public record shows about them.
Checking a developer
If you are dealing with a firm in Khandagiri, you can check whether it is a member of the Federation, and look up its registered office and promoters, on the register itself. A firm that is not listed is not a member — which is a fact about membership, not a judgement about the firm.
